Anyone in Melbourne looking for a room to rent?

I’ll be moving out of my place as soon as I find someone.

It’s a 4 bedroom house in ASCOT VALE, loungeroom, 1 bathroom, extra outdoors toilet, big back yard.

Tram stop out the front, 15 min walk to the train station and less than 10 mins to Union Rd, the pub and all the shops and take out places.
